Business Terms and Conditions – Hotel Pod Zvičinou
Reservations for individual bookings can be cancelled without cancellation fee, up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival.
If cancelled later, the following cancellation fee will be charged:
|31 - 21 days before arrival date||25 % of total travel fee + administration fee|
|20 - 15 days before arrival date||50 % of total travel fee + administration fee|
|14 days and less before arrival date||100 % of total travel fee + administration fee|
For Groups is the following cancellation policy:
|41-31 days before the arrival date||25 % of the total travel fee + administration fee|
|30 - 25 before the arrival date||50 % of the total travel fee + administration fee|
|24 days and less before arrival||100 % of the total travel fee + administration fee|
Individuals and groups can only cancel by letter to Hotel Pod Zvičinou, Dolní Brusnice 96, 544 72 Bílá Třemešná or email to email@example.com. If the stay was not cancelled by writing before the start of the stay, the full amount will be charged.
Personal Data Protection
Hotel Pod Zvičinou processes the personal data of its clients (guests) in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, in its database. The processed data is fully protected by a functional internal data protection system (set of internal organizational and technical measures).
The client agrees with the processing of his / her personal data: title, name and surname, address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone (mobile phone) number and bank account number (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal data”).
The client agrees with the processing of his / her personal data for the hotel’s marketing purposes (especially for sending newsletters or business messages). By processing of the client’s personal data, the seller may authorize a third party as a processor. The processor in these cases can be a person handling the shipments (Česká pošta / Czech Post, PPL, DPD, etc.).
The client has the right to withdraw his / her consent to the processing of his / her personal data in written form at any time. In this case, an e-mail sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org is also considered as written form.
